scope:
Gives the requirements for properties of base material of defined flammabilty in thicknesses of 0.5 mm up to 6.4 mm. Specifies the requirements for material and construction, internal marking, electrical and non-electrical properties of the copper-clad sheet, non-electrical properties of the base material after complete removal of the copper foil, packaging, marking and acceptance testing.
