scope:
Specifies additional requirements and/or exceptions from EN 474-1:1994 "Earth-moving machinery - Safety - General requirements". Applies to graders defined in 3.2, and gives additional requirements for derivated machinery. Deals with all significant hazards pertinent to graders when they are used as intended and under the conditions foreseen by the manufacturer. Specifies the appropriate technical measures to eliminate or reduce risks arising from the significant hazards.
