scope:
NEN 7239 describes the requirements for the construction and the functional operation of gas pressure regulators applied as delivery regulators for domestic installations possibly with a safety shut off valve. However a built-in safety against an exceeding outlet pressure is not applied. In this standard the definitions, the method of testing, the recopgnizability and the instructions for assembly and the manual are stated. This standard concerns gas pressure regulators with a nominal outletdiameter < 25 mm with a safety shut off valve. Howev er a built-in safety against an exceeding outlet pressure is not applied.
