scope:
Specifies the basic tests to verify the stability of reach (retractable mast or fork) fork-lift trucks and straddle fork-lift trucks with tiltable or non-tiltable masts or fork arms, whether rider-controlled or with a separate operator, of rated capacity up to and including 5000 kg (10000 lb). It also applies to trucks operating under the same conditions when equipped with load-handling attachments.
