This standard specifies dimensions, requirements and test methods for rubber hoses with reinforcement for butane gas with a working pressure up to 0.2 MPa (2 bar) and for propane gas with a working pressure of up to 2 MPa (20 bar). The hoses are used to transport butane gas and propane gas from bottles or containers with liquid propane to gas consuming equipment, such as welding torches.
