Specifies a procedure for measuring the dry film thickness of a coating on an abrasive blast-cleaned or otherwise roughend steel surface using a non-destructive test method. The procedure is based on methods described in ISO 2808:1997, Method No. 10, using instruments of the permanent magnet and inductive magnet type, adjusted on a smooth, flat, steel plate, in accordance with ISO 2808:1997, Method No. 6.
