PURPOSE

This Marshall Procedural Requirements (MPR) document describes the Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC) Environmental Management System (EMS) and shall be used in conjunction with NASA Procedural Requirements (NPR) 8553.1. This MPR establishes general EMS procedures and requirements that describe the framework and process for continually evaluating and maintaining the MSFC EMS. P.2

APPLICABILITY

This MPR applies to all onsite MSFC personnel (Government and contractor to the extent specified or referenced in the appropriate contracts, grants, or agreements) throughout the Center. The scope of the MSFC EMS applies to all activities, products, and services located at Redstone Arsenal that fall under the control of NASA.
