1 Scope
This coating system may be specified as a water di-lutable aluminum-filled ceramic slurry basecoat only (Code C) and may be followed by a modified organic topcoat (Code A, D or E) or an inorganic chromate phosphate topcoat (Code B) depending on service temperatures and corrosion protection. Refer to Ta-ble 1 and Table 2 for maximum temperatures and various levels of corrosion protection. When coatings are spray applied the suffix code will include an ¿S¿ indicate a spray application. These coating systems are highly resistant to instal-lation or removal damage.
