scope:
PURPOSE. This Instruction defines the maintenance policies and procedures for test and repair of electronic modules (EMs) and circuit card assemblies (CCAs) contained in Hull, Mechanical, and Electrical (HM&E), Navy-Type Navy-Owned (NTNO), and Navy-Type Coast-Guard Owned (NTCGO) equipment. It applies to Coast Guard (CG) activities involved in the maintenance and material support of this equipment.
