This Part 2 of ENV 1993 gives a general basis for the structural design of steel bridges, steel parts of composite bridges and also steel temporary works in bridges. It gives provisions that supplement, modify or supersede the equivalent provisions given in ENV 1993-1-1, to which reference shall also be made.
