The present document applies to HIPERLAN 2 and other high performance RLAN equipment as follows: a) for equipment intended to operate on any of the carrier frequencies per table 1; and b) capable of avoiding occupied channels by employing a Dynamic Frequency Selection mechanism and capable of Transmit Power Control.
