scope:
This part of this standard specifies safety requirements for design and construction of self-propelled combine harvesters, self-propelled and pull-type forage harvesters and self-propelled cotton harvesters. It describes methods for the elimination or reduction of hazrds arising from the intended use of these machines in the course of normal operation and service by one person (operator). In addition, it specifies the type of information to be provided by the manufacturer on safe working practices.
