SUPPLEMENT SCOPE & PURPOSE

The scope of this Supplement is ATIS-1000013.2007.

The purpose of this Supplement is to provide clarifications, corrections, and enhancements to ATIS- 1000013.2007.

This Supplement, when used in conjunction with ATIS-1000013.2007, supercedes the applicable portions of ATIS-1000013.2007.

This Supplement identifies changes to specific clauses of ATIS-1000013.2007. For clauses that are changed by this Supplement, changes and deletions are indicated with revision marks.

Where text appears in this Supplement referencing a footnote in ATIS-1000013.2007, that footnote is not repeated in this Supplement unless the footnote itself has changed. Where new footnotes are added in this Supplement, they are denoted by symbols other than numbers.

Both ATIS-1000013.2007, and ATIS-1000013.2007 when used in conjunction with this Supplement, are provided for purposes of a "safe harbor" as specified in Section 107 of the Communications Assistance for Law Enforcement Act (CALEA). Issuance of this Supplement is not intended to change the safe-harbor status of ATIS-1000013.2007.
