This specification covers the detail requirements for monolithic silicon, Schottky TTL, quadruple 2-input exclusive-OR gates microcircuits. Qualification requirements are removed for device type 02. These device types are inactive for new design after the date of this revision. Two product assurance classes and a choice of case outlines and lead finishes are provided and are reflected in the complete part number.

The complete part number shall be in accordance with MIL-M-38510, with the exception that the "JAN" or "J" certification mark shall not be used on device 02.

The device type shall be as follows:

Device type Circuit 01 Quad, 2-input exclusive-OR gate 02 1/ Quad, exclusive OR/NOR gate

The device class shall be the product assurance level as defined in MIL-M-38510.

The case outline shall be designated as follows:
