PURPOSE

This Marshall Procedural Requirement (MPR) shall establish a consistent method for the identification, performance, verification, and reporting of specified servicing requirements. Implementation of this procedure shall satisfy the requirements of the "Marshall Quality Management System Manual," MPD 1280.1.

The goal, as a minimum, with respect to the Customer, is to satisfy the agreed-to customer requirements and to obtain feedback from the customer as to satisfaction.

APPLICABILITY

This MPR applies to the personnel, programs, projects, and activities at Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC) including contractors and resident agencies to the extent specified in their respective contracts or agreements. ("Contractors," for purposes of this paragraph, include contractors, grantees, Cooperative Agreement recipients, Space Act Agreement partners, or other agreement parties.)

This MPR shall apply to all MSFC organizations involved in the servicing of hardware and/or software.
