scope:
This Marshall Procedural Requirements (MPR) directive shall establish a consistent method for the identification, performance, verification, and reporting of specified servicing requirements. Implementation of this procedure shall satisfy the requirements of the "Marshall Management Manual" (MMM), MPD 1280.1.
The goal, as a minimum, with respect to the Customer, is to satisfy the agreed-to customer requirements and to obtain feedback from the customer as to satisfaction.
APPLICABILITY. This MPR shall apply to all Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC) organizations involved in the servicing of hardware and/or software.
