This standard applies to all location identification to ensure that it is consistent throughout the business. This will in turn assist in combining information against a common location framework.
This standard replaces 1-035A1. There are minor technical changes to reflect the current situation, areas of simplification to the text and to reflect the contractual changes to PPP.
Purpose
The purpose of this Standard is to define the Location Coding System to be applied throughout the organisation by those undertaking work for or on behalf of LU.
