scope:
PURPOSE.
This Instruction, in accordance with the authority in DoD Directive (DoDD) 4650.05 (Reference (a)) and DoDD 5144.1 (Reference (b)), implements policy, assigns responsibilities, and prescribes procedures for the DoD PNT Executive Committee, DoD PNT Working Group (PNTWG), and DoD Navigation Warfare (NAVWAR) Working Group.
APPLICABILITY.
This Instruction applies to OSD, the Military Departments, the Office of the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and the Joint Staff, the Combatant Commands, the Office of the Inspector General of the Department of Defense, the Defense Agencies, the DoD Field Activities, and all other organizational entities in the Department of Defense (hereafter referred to collectively as the "DoD Components")
