This Standard specifies the pressure sensitive adhesive films for printing to be used mainly for labels, stickers and so on (hereafter referred to as "adhesive films"), of which base material is film uniformly coated on one side with pressure sensitive adhesive.
NOTE: Metalized sheet or composite materials (laminated) can be used as the base material of the film. Products are shaped either as roll-type film wound on a specified winding core (hereafter referred to as "roll product") and sheet cut to make a flat-sheet type (hereafter referred to as "flatsheet product").
