Purpose. To establish Deoxyribonucleic Acid (DNA) sample collection requirements per reference (a) within the Navy shore corrections system. Hereafter, the term "shore brig" refers to both pretrial and post-trial military correctional facilities (MCF).
Applicability. This notice is applicable only to Navy shore brigs.
