scope:
This Japanese Industrial Standard specifies the ball valve for industry (hereafter referred to as "valve") among the water pipe motor valves used for the pipe line. This Standard shall apply to the following range of valves; however, not apply to the motorized water valves designed for domestic use.
a) The range of actuating pressure difference is 0 MPa to 2.5 MPa.
b) The maximum permissible pressure is 2.5 MPa or under.
c) The ambient temperature is - 20°C to 50 °C, provided that water shall not freeze.
d) The temperature of water shall be between 5 °C to 90°C.
