This Japanese Industrial Standard specifies the square head set screws of nominal designation of thread M4 to M12 and of product grade A (hereafter referred to as "set screws").
In the case where dimensions and product specifications other than those specified in this Standard are required, they shall be selected from JIS B 0205-2, JIS B 0209-3, JIS B 1003, JIS B 1009, JIS B 1021, JIS B 1053 and JIS B 1054-3.
