scope:
This Standard specifies the steel sheet and strip (hereafter referred to as "sheet and coil") and corrugated sheet manufactured by processing steel sheet into the shape and dimensions specified in JIS G 3316, which are coated by a hot-dip aluminum-zinc alloy coating process. The aluminum-zinc alloy composition by mass fraction is normally 55% aluminum, 1.6% silicon, and the balance zinc.
