Dieses Dokument legt ein empirisches Verfahren für die Prüfung der Beständigkeit von anodisch erzeugten Oxidschichten gegen Rissbildung durch Verformung fest.
Das Verfahren ist besonders bei Blechen mit dünnen anodisch erzeugten Oxidschichten kleiner 5 μm anwendbar und für Entwicklungszwecke von Nutzen.
ANMERKUNG Falls die Probe dick ist, können auch Schichten mit mehr als 5 μm gemessen werden (siehe Abschnitt 9).
