This publication aligns with AFI 32-7063, Air Installations Compatible Use Zones Program (2015). This handbook provides base and wing level command leadership, Air Installations Compatible Use Zones (AICUZ) Program Managers (PM) and Installation Encroachment Team (IEMT) members an overview of the Air Force's AICUZ Program and provides specific guidance concerning the organizational tasks and procedures necessary to implement the program. It is written in a "how to" format to guide the reader through the AICUZ program and implementation process. The use of the name or mark of any specific manufacturer, commercial product, commodity, or service in this publication does not imply endorsement by the Air Force. Ensure that all records created as a result of processes prescribed in this publication are maintained IAW Air Force Manual (AFMAN) 33-363, Management of Records, and disposed of IAW Air Force Records Information Management System (AFRIMS) Records Disposition Schedule (RDS).
