Purpose.
This CFETP contains information for career field functional managers, training managers, commanders, supervisors, trainers, and technical training centers to plan, develop, manage and conduct a robust 21M training and force development program. The CFETP:
Serves as a management tool to ensure officers receive training at appropriate points in their career.
Identifies requirements for each certification level and recommends training for each career phase.
Lists training courses available in the specialty.
Identifies training sources and the training medium.
Establishes force development guidance that the AFPC assignment team uses to allocate assignments.
