scope:
PURPOSE.
This instruction:
a. Establishes policy and assigns responsibilities for DoD law enforcement (LE) CRIMINT in accordance with the authority in DoD Directive 5143.01 and June 29, 2018 Deputy Secretary of Defense approval of the Under Secretaries of Defense for Personnel and Readiness/Intelligen
b. Establishes guidelines and principles for the collection, analysis, and distribution of LE CRIMINT within and externally to the DoD in accordance with the National Criminal Intelligence Sharing Plan (Reference (d)).
