This instruction applies to the Office of the Judge Advocate General (OJAG), all RLSOs, SJAs, trial judges, and LOs performing post-trial functions. The Staff Judge Advocate to the Commandant of the Marine Corps (SJA to the CMC) will implement post-trial policies and procedures consistent with this instruction. Utilize references (a) through (j), in addition to this instruction, throughout the post-trial process.
