PURPOSE. The purpose of this Goddard Procedures and Guidelines (GPG) is to establish responsibilities, procedures and guidelines for creating, processing, and maintaining Goddard directives and forms to implement the provisions of the Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC) Quality Manual.
APPLICABILITY. This GPG applies to all Goddard Space Flight Center employees.
