PURPOSE
The purpose of this Goddard Procedures an Guidelines (GPG) is to establish responsibilities, procedures and guidelines for creating, processing, and maintaining Goddard directives and forms to implement the provisions of the Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC) Quality Manual.
APPLICABILITY
This GPG applies to all organizational elements at NASA's Goddard Space Flight Center.
