scope:
Purpose. To prescribe regulations for disenrollment from the U.S. Naval Academy (USNA) per statutory requirements implemented by reference (a) for the Department of the Navy, to revalidate policy and procedures for the USNA Midshipman Reevaluation and Reappointment (R&R) Program.
Applicability. This instruction applies to all USNA midshipmen on the date of this instruction and all U.S. citizens who sign the agreement to serve per reference (b), section 6959.
