scope:
Purpose.
To prescribe regulations for disenrollment from the United States Naval Academy (USNA) pursuant to statutory requirements implemented by reference (a) for the Department of the Navy, and to revalidate policy and procedures for the USNA Midshipman Reevaluation and Reappointment Program.
Applicability.
This instruction applies to all USNA midshipmen on the date of this instruction and all U.S. citizens who sign the agreement to serve per reference (b), section 6959.
