Material Description. This specification covers the properties of a polyester ultra-low density Sheet Molded Compound (SMC), reinforced with 38% glass fibers, all are randomly oriented, and 25 mm in length. The cured material shall have a density of 1.1 g/cm3 maximum.

Bondability. The material must meet the bondability requirements of GMW15921.

Typical Applications. Typical applications include the following: Speaker Close-out Panels.
