SCOPE AND APPLICATION
This Procedure covers issues of Controlled Documents by all Zonal Senior Contracts Managers/Senior Projects Managers to RT1A & Track Renewals Contractors (including competitively sourced).
Group Standards shall be issued direct to the Contractors by the Safety & Standards Directorate. The Zonal SCM/SPM/HOE shall review the effect of new or revised Group, Line & Zone Specific Standards on the relevant contracts.
PURPOSE
The purpose of this Procedure is to define the method of controlling issue of documents relating to new or amended Group, Line or Zone Standards and the review of the Standards to consider implications to the relevant Conditions of Contract.
