This detail specification establishes the requirements for preparation of Technical Manuals (TM) and checklists for loading/unloading nuclear weapons and nonnuclear munitions on aircraft, and for checking various armament systems used to control/release/fire
Types of manuals.
The types of TMs prescribed within this detail specification (see 3.2) are as follows:

Manuals and checklists prepared in accordance with this document are for use in loading/unloading munitions/weapons on or in aircraft. The military-specific logistics support requirements for TMs covered by this detail specification are not provided in available commercial standards documents.
NATO Stage B.
These checklists will also be used by NATO allies to load/unload munitions on aircraft; therefore, the checklists should be written in a simple, direct, and illustrated manner.
