scope:

This document establishes the requirements for preparation of manuals and checklists for loading/unloading nuclear weapons and nonnuclear munitions on aircraft, and for checking various armament systems used to control/release/fire munitions and weapons that are approved for loading on an aircraft. In addition to "paper" delivery, this specification provides for electronic delivery of data through the use of the Document Type Definitions (DTD) contained in Appendixes A through J (see 6.2).

The level of detail contained in this performance specification is necessary to comply with the requirements of the Joint Computer-aided Acquisition and Logistics Support (JCALS) system.

This document describes the requirements for preparing United States Air Force (USAF) ICT procedures for incorporation in technical manuals and checklists. These integrated procedures combine and condense aircraft servicing -2 and -33 technical manuals (see 6.10).

This document establishes the requirements for preparing checklists for loading/unloading nonnuclear Munitions, flares, and chaff (including chaff dispensers) on aircraft in support of North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) Stage B cross-servicing. The checklist is a supplement to the Stage A cross-servicing guide for aircraft.
