Purpose
This regulation implements Department of Defense Directive (DODD) 1322.08E, Department of Defense Instruction (DODI) 1322.25, DODI 1322.19, and the DOD Financial Management Regulation: Volume 4, Chapter 3. It establishes vision, mission, strategic goals, policies, and responsibilities for Army Continuing Education System (ACES). It also delegates authority for managing ACES programs and services.
