Purpose.

To prescribe regulations to govern the promotion of Chief Warrant Officers (CWOs) on the CWO Active Duty List (ADL) and Reserve Active Status List (RASL), the continuation of permanent Limited Duty Officers (LDOs) on the ADL, and the continuation of CWOs on the CWO ADL per references (a) through (k).
