scope:
PURPOSE.
This Instruction, in accordance with the authority in DoD Directive (DoDD) 5124.02 (Reference (a)), reissues DoD Instruction (DoDI) 6400.05 (Reference (b)) and establishes policy, assigns responsibilities, and prescribes procedures for the NPSP, a standardized secondary prevention program under the Family Advocacy Program (FAP) to prevent child abuse and neglect.
