Purpose.
This instruction outlines the responsibilities, policies, and structure of the Air Force EMF Occupational Health program. It implements the provisions of Department of Defense Instruction (DODI) 6055.11, Protecting Personnel from Electromagnetic Fields, or latest version thereof, which requires compliance with all applicable Federal, ANSI, and IEEE standards.
