Purpose of the Order.
This Order establishes the roles and responsibilities of the career leadership team in the Office of the Chief Counsel (AGC), including the Deputy Chief Counsel; the Executive Counsel; the Managing Director of the Administration Division; the Director and Chief Administrative Judge of the Office of Adjudication; the Assistant Chief Counsels; and the Regional and Center Counsels. This Order also establishes the realigned reporting structure of the Office of the Chief Counsel. The Order is primarily internal to the Office of the Chief Counsel (AGC).
