Purpose of the Order.
This Order establishes the roles and responsibilities of the career leadership team in the Office Chief Counsel (AGC), including the Principal Deputy Chief Counsel ; Deputy Chief Counsel for Business Operations, Deputy Chief Counsel for Strategic Operations; the Executive Director for Operations; the Director and Chief Administrative Judge of the Office of Adjudication; and the Assistant Chief Counsel s and the Division Counsels. This Order also establishes the realigned reporting structure of the Office of the Chief Counsel. The Order is primarily internal to the Office of the Chief Counsel (AGC).
