Purpose.
To approve the renaming of Navy Recruiting Districts (NAVCRUITDIST) Phoenix, NAVCRUITDIST San Antonio, and NAVCRUITDIST San Diego to Navy Talent Acquisition Groups (NAVTALAQGRU); and to approve the establishment of NAVTALACQGRU Detachment (DET) Talent Acquisition Onboarding Centers (TALACQONBDCTR) under the newly renamed NAVTALAQGRUs specified in this notice, aside from already established NAVTALACQGRU Pacific; per reference (a).
