PURPOSE.
This Instruction promulgates policy for Coast Guard employees and contractors including the roles and responsibilities for Accessible Systems and Technology Program (ASTP); Section 508. The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) provides all employees and external customers, including those with disabilities, access to and use of information and data in accordance with Reference (a) and (b).
