This guidance applies to all calls received by the Asset Control Centre (ACC) relating to assets maintained by Stations DLO - Communications.
This guidance has to be followed by the DLO Comms work controllers, DLO Comms first response team and DLO Comms fault attendance team.
Purpose
Stations Direct Labour Organisation (DLO) Communications provide a 24 hour, 365 days a year call response service which aims to ensure continuity of service for assets they maintain. The document provides the guidance to be followed by all stake holders.
