This Guidance applies to any Hot Works that are undertaken on any London Underground Assets as Hot work permits are necessary at all premises under London Underground's control including :- Stations, Depots, Tunnels, Permanent Way, Offices, etc.
Purpose
The purpose of this Guidance is to define the procedure for the application and issue of a Hot Work Permit in London Underground to allow Hot Work to be carried out in accordance with London Underground's rule books 1-22
