scope:
This Standard specifies requirements for V-belt (hereafter referred to as belts) and V-grooved pulley (hereafter referred to as pulley) used for driving auxiliaries (such as cooling fan, alternator, water pump, compressor and power steering pump) of mainly automobiles and general industrial equipment such as internal combustion engines of agricultural machinery.
