Scope.
This standard provides the requirements for precision cleaning and testing of oxygen and oxygen-enriched systems and components. Gas systems that interface with oxygen are also included in this standard. Oxygen generating plants, their systems, and components fall within the scope of this document. Each activity will implement the applicable requirements of this document through a locally prepared and approved procedure.
