This standard provides a method for third-party agencies to audit and quantify treating plant Internal Quality Control (IQC) procedures which are required by applicable sections of various AWPA standards. This method is applied to plants based on the evaluation of their IQC under M22 Production Categories as identified by the third-party agency. This standard defines the required plant IQC elements, classifies deficiencies, provides a method to assign plant status, and describes initial plant qualification and requalification.
