This standard provides a method for third-party agencies to audit and quantify treating plant Internal Quality Control (IQC) procedures which are required by applicable sections of various AWPA standards. This method is applied to plants based on the evaluation of their IQC under M22 Production Categories as identified by the third-party agency. This standard defines the required plant IQC elements, defines deficiencies, provides a method to calculate an overall "Plant Audit Score" and describes how the score will be applied.
